Managing Director
Gilbert Osuna is the founder of Gilcar Investments LTD and is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company.
He handles the most crucial areas at the sites in operations and other quality practical advice in major works of electrical and installations and other works of painting. His is experience is derived from the several years he has served.
Karen Nyongesa
Financial Controller
She heads the company administrative and financial department of the company. She is experienced and multi-skilled to enforce and implement financial ethics and other disciplines in the company.

General Technical Manager
He is the company general technical manager well conversant with day to day operations of the Gilcar activities and has obtained vast technical knowledge any technical practitioner must posses, which clearly strengthens his capacity as technical professional.
He posses versatile skills that create a multi task personally in him. His ability to delegate stall at all levels makes a dynamic visionary system that clients must enjoy as you serve.
Diana Amadi
Human Resources Manager
She is responsible for the administration department and employees welfare, ensures discipline of workers and responds to inquiries and needs of workers, enforces better communication skills that create effectiveness at work.
As human resource manager of the company, she also trains and arranges for staff training to enforce worker safety, productivity, efficiency and satisfaction geared to promote the overall success of the company agenda.

Gilcar Investment LTD has invested in a pool of qualified and certified civil engineers who are currently involved in the management and supervision of the new project at Bundibugyo, Uganda for a Dam construction. These engineers have the right skills and training with them which include but not limited to building and construction, electrical installation and metal fabrications and welding.
